Going to Washigatake in Gifu.

Kinja'd!!!

Small resort but it should be nice :)

Longest run is a bit over 3km... Not much by french standards who learned to snowboard in the Alps but quite an improvement over quebec

skiing the sh*t out of Japan and its many great pow stashes is on my to do list...

SO was traveling difficult? How did you travel? Far from where your home is? How much can I expect to pay for a day pass? (in us$'s plz) What is the ski food like? What's the local scene like? We're there any open glade or hike-to areas where you were? Was there at least one Subaru Impreza in the carpark with rally lights, mudflaps, a basket and summer tires?....there's always at least one bro @ every single resort I've been to in the last decade

haha, pass is about 35$ per person, rental same price. Food is much better than anywhere else in the world I've been to, but it's as expensive... you can get up to some place with fresh powder but not many people seem to go off course. And yes there was a blue Forester Sti, with fill mud flaps and everything parked next to me when I arrived lol. Didn't check the tires though :)
